Do I need other supplements alongside aioss?

For most healthy adults, no. aioss is designed to cover your nutritional baseline — vitamins, minerals, fibre and probiotics in one scoop. If a healthcare professional has advised something specific, like high-dose vitamin D or iron, that's separate and individual.

Can I add creatine or omega-3?

Yes. There are no known conflicts between aioss and creatine, omega-3 or protein powder. aioss covers the fundamentals — anything else should be purpose-driven and intentional.

I'm fasting — when should I take it?

One serving contains approximately 38 calories. For most intermittent fasting setups this has minimal impact. For a strict zero-calorie protocol, take aioss with your first meal instead.

Why do some nutrients exceed 100% RDI?

RDI reflects the minimum intake for most people. Some nutrients are dosed above 100% to account for absorption variability and regional dietary gaps, while remaining well within safe upper limits.

What if the taste is too bold at first?

Promise yourself a few days. Most members come to prefer the natural green profile. In the meantime: add a squeeze of lemon, mix with your favourite juice or milk, or blend into a smoothie.
