Subscription policy
At aioss, we do everything we can to make your experience as easy as possible. That's the core of our product and the experience we want to give.
There is therefore no commitment and full flexibility.
You can therefore cancel your subscription, postpone a delivery, or skip a delivery at any time if you need a break. All of this is done easily through your profile.
Sign-up
To sign up for our subscription service, you must complete a registration process on our website where you provide your name, address, email, and payment information. This is collected automatically when you purchase aioss on subscription. By signing up, you automatically accept this subscription policy as well as our general terms and conditions.
Payments
The subscription payment will be charged automatically from the registered payment card each month on the billing date. All prices include VAT. It is your responsibility to ensure that the payment details are valid and up to date. When you sign up for a subscription, your card details will be saved and used for future purchases.
Delivery
Products are sent automatically to the address you provided at sign-up. Delivery is typically within 1-3 days. You will receive a confirmation by email when your package has been dispatched.
Changes to the subscription
You can change your subscription at any time, including changing product types or quantities, through your account on our website. Any change will take effect immediately. If you have an upcoming subscription delivery that has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and your cancellation will only take effect after that.
Cancellation
The subscription can be cancelled at any time without commitment. Cancellation can be done via your user profile on our website or by contacting our customer service.
