Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you:
- receive your goods,
- receive the last item in physical possession, for an agreement on several different goods ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several stages,
- receive the last lot or piece in physical possession, for an agreement on the delivery of goods consisting of several lots or pieces.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal
If you wish to cancel a purchase, you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The notification must be sent by email to hello@aioss.dk. In your notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returning goods
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Goods must be sent to:

It is important that the goods are returned in their original packaging, unused and not damaged after receipt.
Refund
Once we have received the returned goods and verified that they meet the conditions for withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase amount to your original payment method. This will happen within 14 days of receiving your notification of withdrawal, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided documentation that you have returned them.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Please note that the following types of goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Goods that deteriorate or age quickly.
- Goods that, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return where the seal has been broken after delivery, including dietary supplements.
