Payment
All amounts shown on the website include VAT and exclude delivery costs.
Aioss ApS accepts online payments by the methods shown at checkout. We do not impose any transaction fees on your purchase.
Payment for the order is only charged from your account when the goods are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Aioss ApS uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information, meaning the connection is fully secure.
Delivery
Delivery times for your order are normally 1-3 business days. If you place an order during a weekend or public holiday, the goods will be dispatched on the first business day.
Should there be an extended delivery time in special cases, we will notify you by email.
We deliver via GLS, PostNord, Bring and DAO.
Returns and right of withdrawal
A 14-day full right of return is provided for goods purchased on our webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive your order. Any return costs are your responsibility, as is the choice of carrier.
You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the seal on goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return, including dietary supplements.
Withdrawal must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase, and the order must be in our possession no later than 14 days after you have informed us of your use of the right of withdrawal.
The notification must be given by email to hello@aioss.dk, where you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
It is up to Aioss ApS to assess the condition of the goods. If the goods have been tested beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function, they will be considered used and of diminished value. This means that on withdrawal of the purchase you may receive a smaller portion or none of the purchase amount back.
Complaints
If your complaint is justified, you can either have the goods repaired, exchanged, get your money back, or receive a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
Contact our customer service at hello@aioss.dk in case of a complaint, so we can agree on the next steps. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging so the product is not damaged. Remember to obtain a receipt for dispatch.
When you wish to file a complaint about a product, it must be sent to our address: Dag Hammarskjölds Allé 13, 2, 2100 Copenhagen Ø.
You must file your complaint within reasonable time after discovering the fault. If you file your complaint within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely. Otherwise, you have the right to complain for 24 months.
Privacy policy
When you purchase goods and provide the information yourself, we receive customer data. As data controller, we process your personal data securely and confidentially. Your personal data is only used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected.
We use third parties for the processing of some of our information, including in our shipping handling, which is not developed by Aioss ApS. We have entered into data processing agreements with our partners as a guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of personal data.
